Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
• Proficient with ERP software or similar database
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to navigate through problems to come to reasonable solutions
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
