Job Description
Together Housing Group is seeking a Plumber to join their repairs team in Pontefract, working for this new position. The role involves delivering a range of plumbing repairs for tenanted and vacant properties, with a strong focus on customer service and adherence to regulations. They are a large, non-profit housing association managing over 38,000 homes in the North of England.
Requirements
- Full UK Manual driving licence
- Relevant Plumbing certification (City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent (NVQ Level 2)
- Competent experience in all areas typically required of a qualified Plumber and related building disciplines
- Proven experience in a customer service setting
- Experience in optimising the number of repairs finished and ensuring multiple repairs are completed in a single visit
- Ability to diagnose and address repairs independently, seeking approval for unexpected costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Collaborate with the team
