Requirements
- Maximize customer success by offering financial services
- Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications
- Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity
- Support Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures
- Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands
