Job Description
TM Associates is seeking a motivated Maintenance Tech to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems for heating and hot water in buildings. The role involves overseeing maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance, reporting issues, ensuring building cleanliness, and assisting with emergency situations. Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings.
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments.
- Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated.
- Pick up trash and clean public areas.
- Report building damage and vandalism.
- Perform physical duties as needed.
