Job Description
The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) III will oversee the Navy’s cybersecurity program implementation, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy regulations. This role focuses on developing and managing cybersecurity strategy, personnel, and policies, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Navy information systems.
Requirements
- Serve as the senior cybersecurity lead responsible for implementing and maintaining the Navy’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Manage system accreditation, certification, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
- Supervise and guide Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and other cybersecurity staff.
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and training programs.
