Job Description
tldraw is a fast-growing SDK startup focused on solving complex problems in collaborative canvas applications. The Solutions Engineer role involves providing technical guidance to enterprise clients, accelerating their tldraw implementation, and onboarding them to the platform. This role requires a customer-centric approach and a willingness to work with engineers to build effective integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a hands-on software engineer building modern web applications
- 3+ years working directly with clients, helping them with their technical needs
- Experience working with developer tools or SDKs
- Experience in (or a desire to join) a more hands-on, unstructured environment
- Strong organization and communication skills
