Job Description
Titan America is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to provide technical expertise in industrial power distribution, control systems, and plant automation. The role will support maintenance, reliability, and capital improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Proficient in Allen Bradley Studio 5000, FactoryTalk HMI, and AutoCAD Electrical
- Strong knowledge of power distribution (480V – 13.8kV), VFDs, servo systems, and electrical safety protocols
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting control systems and implementing automation solutions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance plant environment
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
