Job Description
Titan America is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator for our Fort Myers, FL concrete block manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment and possess basic math skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and be able to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, squatting, and crawling.
Requirements
- Maintain work area in clean and hazard-free condition
- Operate machine control panels with electronic switches
- Visually inspect products and by-products for conformity to prescribed quality standards
- Make minor adjustments and repairs on machinery
- Monitor the operation of manufacturing equipment
- Perform quality control and fill out documentation
- Empty reject dumpsters, clean loose material from around conveyors and batching equipment
- Perform other functions and duties as required or directed
