Seasonal Light Duty Cleaner

Tishman Speyer is seeking a Seasonal Light Duty Cleaner to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks and ensure all areas are clean, disinfected, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
• Clean and disinfect common areas, including corridors, elevator, and lobbies
• Disinfect high touch areas such as interior door handles/knobs, elevator call buttons, and light switches
• Communicate with customers, employees, and management regarding tasks, requests, and updates
