Job Description
Tipalti is a fast-growing fintech company seeking a KYC Compliance Analyst to onboard customers and mitigate risks through research and policy application. The role involves comprehensive business evaluations, risk assessment, and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements
- Proven experience in KYC, AML, compliance, risk analysis, or fraud prevention (fintech or banking experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with KYC tools/databases (WorldCheck, LexisNexis, Actimize) is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Curious, proactive, and resilient
- Proven ability to communicate complex compliance requirements in a clear, customer-friendly way
