Civil Engineering Practice Leader - Residential Land Development

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Practice Leader - Residential Land Development candidate to join our Land Development Group located in Greensboro, NC. The successful candidate will have experience in residential subdivision design, project management, and technical work management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a scientific area
• Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) in one or more states
• 8+ years' experience in civil engineering related to residential subdivision design
• 4+ years' experience in civil engineering project management
• 4+ years' experience in the Triad land development market
