Export Control and Trade Compliance Manager

The Export Control and Trade Compliance Manager assists sourcing, compliance, and legal teams in ensuring company adherence to international trade regulations, including export controls and sanctions laws. The position involves managing global trade and contract compliance issues, facilitating operational transactions, and ensuring adherence to various laws and regulations governing international trade and National Security.

Requirements

• Senior manager expertise in trade and related contract compliance in a business environment
• Trade compliance understanding and the ability to coordinate conformance activity across entities
• Ability and experience to read and analyze complex specifications and contracts
• Requires excellent communication skill
• Must have demonstrated skills in risk management and mitigation within the commercial contracting environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing projects
• Business acumen
• Bachelor’s degree in business; paralegal degree a plus
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in contract review and risk mitigation
