Job Description
The Des-Case Material Handling Associate operates on the first shift within a climate-controlled setting, managing the storage and timely delivery of raw inventory to production lines.
Requirements
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle inventory for multiple orders and deliver to production in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory of all materials and complete daily cycle counts
- Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a detail-oriented person
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day and lift up to 40 pounds
- Basic computer skills required
- Fork Truck experience preferred
- A valid driver’s license
- Excellent driving record
