Job Description
Tilt is seeking a Business Development Representative to accelerate regional growth in Spain. The role involves managing the full commercial funnel, from prospecting to onboarding, and connecting new sellers with the platform. Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation are key to success. No visa sponsorship is available.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with outbound lead generation
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
