TikTok Shop - Home and Living Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the Home and Living categories on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. They will work with merchants and internal stakeholders to drive category performance and grow the business sustainably.

Requirements

• German fluency
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management/New Seller or User Acquisition
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
• Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity
• Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference)
