TikTok Shop - Customer Solutions Engineer, Apps and API

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to partner with external clients and design integration solutions for TikTok Shop. The role involves understanding the platform ecosystem, collaborating with merchants and technical teams, and driving adoption of API integration solutions.

Requirements

• Gain deep understanding of TikTok Shop API capabilities and the platform ecosystem
• Collaborate with key merchants, ISVs, and partner technical teams
• Develop and maintain standardized solution architectures and best practice documentation
• Evaluate integration feasibility for new product features
• Partner with product, engineering, and ecosystem teams
• Provide technical consultation during pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Advocate TikTok Shop API integration solutions
