We are looking for a passionate talent to join our Governance and Experience team as an Arbitration Strategy Program Manager to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users and partners. As part of our Service Support Centre, you will be responsible for identifying core pain points, formulating dispute rules and strategies, and collaborating with products and algorithms for coordinated implementation.
