• Discover new collaborative opportunities with partners' short-term and long-term development plans
• Maintain service quality provided by partners - low cancelation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
• Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions
