Technical Program Manager, Edge Infrastructure

Technical Program Manager, Edge Infrastructure, responsibilities include leading creation of build, operations and maintenance plans, driving and managing multiple projects, and designing large-scale network projects.

Requirements

• Lead the creation of the Build, Operations and Maintenance Plans for all global entity PoPs
• Work on operational issues including RMA and repairs for all network and server equipment.
• Drive and manage multiple projects around optimizing PoP build outs, improving documentation and building new tools
• Lead Day 2 Operations, Repair Troubleshooting, and Maintenance improvement strategies
• Design and deliver large-scale network projects composed of dark fiber, leased waves, IP transit and peering circuits, colo space, power, cross connects, point of presence and content delivery networks build
• Work on optimizing operational processes and designing more efficient workflows
