Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in talent acquisition / Human Resources
• Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
• Ability to think globally and make calculated decisions under time pressure
• Sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment
• Experience leading diverse teams
