Requirements
- Own the end-to-end strategy for TikTok Shop repurchase and subscription products
- Drive adoption, engagement, and retention of subscription programs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and HQ teams
- Define and optimize key membership levers such as benefits, incentives, and exclusive experiences
- Translate global frameworks into locally relevant strategies
- Develop and scale experimentation frameworks to evaluate incremental impact on metrics
