Software Engineer - Performance Ads, Ads Interface and Platform

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok Ads software
• Manage the work of a focused team of software engineers
• Take responsibility for the team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Define a long-term technical roadmap and contribute to technical decisions
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically and formulate solutions in a clear and concise way
• Very strong teamwork skills
