- Market Strategy Expertise: Act as a market strategy expert, working closely with the sales team to deeply understand target markets.
- Innovation and Testing: Design and lead alpha/beta testing initiatives with well-defined criteria to capture early-stage insights for product innovation and refinement.
- Market Insights: Lead both quantitative and qualitative inbound initiatives, including customer persona understanding, opportunity sizing, customer feedback analysis, and competitor intelligence.
