Senior Backend Software Engineer, Global E-commerce Governance Platform

Global e-commerce business team is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to develop e-commerce solutions for TikTok Shop in the US market and design and develop medium-complexity backend systems for information-security, compliance, anti-fraud, business governance, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Build e-commerce solutions for TikTok Shop for the US market
• Design and develop medium-complexity backend systems, services, and/or new features
• Help the leader to come up with the short- and mid-term technical roadmap of responsible services and drive its implementation
• Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services
• Improve product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis, and tuning
• Help to grow the team by hiring and mentoring peer Engineers
