The Senior Advertiser Product Operation Manager will lead the Advertiser Experience Strategy & Operation team to enhance advertiser satisfaction through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of advertiser experience data to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve advertiser satisfaction
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize content review processes and reduce friction for advertisers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Create clear, actionable reports and recommendations based on data analysis
- Measure and report on the impact of implemented changes and initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track advertiser experience metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
