Regulatory Response Analyst, Trust & Safety (Arabic Speaking)

We are looking for a Regulatory Response Analyst to join our Trust & Safety team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for investigating reported incidents, coordinating responses to global partners, and analyzing incident trends to drive improvements. You will also lead cross-functional post-mortems for major incidents and produce actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trust & Safety Operations or Incident, Risk or Crisis Management, with a proven track record of driving change from conception to execution. Fluency in Arabic is required, and experience in the APAC markets is highly advantageous.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years experience in Trust & Safety Operations or Incident, Risk or Crisis Management roles
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High oral and written proficiency in Arabic
• Good project management skills
• Knowledge of social media challenges and sensitivity to safety or regulatory issues
