Quality Assurance Engineering Manager - TikTok Shop

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager to lead our QA team and drive the future of e-commerce on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading QA projects, familiarity with programming languages, and a deep understanding of quality assurance methodology and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
• 2+ years managing or leading QA projects on Internet products.
• 5+ years experience in testing and development of Internet companies.
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java/Python/Go, with good technical judgment.
• Experienced in quality assurance methodology and have a deep understanding of CI/CD, quality standards, server-side/UI automation testing, server-side performance testing, app stability testing, and experience in at least 2 or 3 aspects.
