Partner Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE - Dubai (Arabic Speaking)

The LIVE MENA Operations team is dedicated to building a scalable, healthy, and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. We are seeking a LIVE Partner Manager based in Dubai to grow and strengthen the regional agency ecosystem (MENA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations within digital media, social platforms, entertainment, or the creator economy
• Fluency in Arabic and strong working proficiency in English
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners and drive clear next steps
• Comfortable using data to manage performance, including KPIs, reporting, and basic analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
