Network Operations Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)

Network Operations Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for ByteDance's global network incident response and operational stability, including backbone, data center, public cloud, Edge/CDN and Network GWs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in network operations, network support, or network engineering.
• Good understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS and MPLS related technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents under pressure, including timely response during critical outages.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams, high oral and written proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
