Junior Solutions Engineer - SMB, Ads

TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help external clients and partners thrive on this journey. As a Solutions Engineer, you will identify and solve challenges, prioritize client success, and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities.
• Understand the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses and influence product roadmap.
• Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
