Creator Manager, Cross-Platform

We are seeking a Creator Manager, Cross-Platform to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of the Creator Management team, you will be responsible for managing and growing Top Creators at scale for North America, developing and championing best practices in scaled management, and creating scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.

Requirements

• 5+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem
• Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact
• Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
