As the Head of Auto, XP and Tech Industry of Client Partnerships, core responsibility would be to manage the Sales team with the diverse client portfolios, contributing to client's business and marketing growth via TikTok for Business ad solutions and the holistic TikTok platform solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consulting experience with significant exposure to digital and marketing
- Experience working with large clients with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges
- High attention to detail and an ability to analyse data and identify insights to drive business performance
- People and team management experience is a must have
- High level of written, verbal, and professional communication skills in both Japanese and English
