We are looking for a Sr. Partner Manager (TPA) to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team at TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up, and in this role, you will work directly with partners in the data, measurement, media buying, and analytics ecosystems globally.
Requirements
- Many years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial strategy within digital advertising, martech, or SaaS.
- Proven success negotiating and managing large-scale partnerships or channel ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SMB acquisition models and platform-driven revenue growth.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects, particularly partner onboarding, technical integrations, and go-to-market launches.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of paid media platforms, SMB advertising models, and API-driven workflows (e.g., attribution, reporting, billing).
- Experience creating enablement materials, documentation, and scalable playbooks from scratch.
