Business Analyst (Automation & Business Insights) - Trust and Safety

The Business Analyst (Automation & Business Insights) will define operational metrics systems, collaborate with data teams, and deliver insights to empower data-driven operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related majors.
• 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Intelligence (BI), with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to optimize operations.
• Deep expertise in metric system design, attribution analysis, and anomaly detection - able to translate technical analytical frameworks into actionable operational guidelines.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to build intuitive dashboards, paired with advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis; Python programming skills are a significant plus.
• Strong business acumen and an insight-driven mindset - capable of identifying hidden operational pain points through data and proposing targeted improvement solutions.
