Backend Software Engineer, TikTok Privacy (Multiple Positions)

We're seeking Backend Software Engineers to join our team in Seattle, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems to enhance privacy across various applications/platforms.

Requirements

• Designing and implementing software service architecture to support high throughput and fault tolerant services;
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
• Maintaining and debugging software services;
• Using agile methodology for the entire software development lifecycle;
• Applying Network protocols and using Unix or Linux operating system;
• Collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development;
• Investigating the cutting-edge industry progress of privacy engineering and gathering feedback from business lines to continuously improve the efficiency and stability of privacy solutions;
