Backend Software Engineer, Global E-Commerce - Engineering Efficiency

We are a global e-commerce business with a focus on short video product as the carrier. We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our Engineering Efficiency team to improve engineering efficiency and developer experience across global E-commerce teams.

Requirements

• Define, implement, and promote SDLC standards and engineering best practices across global E-commerce teams.
• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD and release/deployment platforms to support reliable, scalable, and automated software delivery.
• Develop backend services and platform capabilities that improve engineering efficiency and developer experience.
• Continuously optimize systems to improve availability, observability, maintainability, and performance.
