Job Description
The AI Data Service and Operation team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products. The Safety Model Operations team builds, optimizes, and maintains machine learning models and operational processes that support TikTok's Trust & Safety systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, Python, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Fundamental project management skills, understand the end-to-end project operation process and key focus areas
- Excellent learning, problem-solving, and execution skills, with a strong sense of ownership and basic English communication skills
