Job Description
TIFIN is seeking a VP of Applied AI to own AI efforts and lead teams in building generative AI products. The role involves defining AI strategies, developing agentic workflows, and mentoring a team of engineers. It's a senior leadership role reporting to the Head of AI within the FinTech sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in applied AI engineering
- 5+ years in technical leadership
- Experience shipping generative AI products powered by LLMs
- Resilience and adaptability (experience at early-stage startups is a plus)
