Job Description
The Sr Procurement Analyst is responsible for the purchase of goods and services, primarily IT hardware, software, and services, while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery requirements are met. This role serves as a subject matter expert in IT procurement, oversees key purchasing processes, and plays a critical role in supporting internal stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with Procurement or Supply Chain Management, specifically in the area of order management with suppliers
- Familiarity with Procurement tools, systems and processes
- Strong process management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead or support process improvement or process design initiatives
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Basic understanding of Accounting principles
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications
