Job Description
Tierarzt Plus Partner is seeking a Head of HR to drive the People Strategy forward, lead the HR Team, and develop People Operations in Germany. The role requires extensive HR management experience, knowledge of German employment law, and experience with HR systems and process automation.
Requirements
- Extensive HR management experience in a company with multiple locations (75+)
- Sound knowledge of German employment law, including collaboration with employee representatives
- Comprehensive experience in handling HR systems and process automation, particularly with Personio
