We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Project Manager to join our central IT team in Poland. The role plays an important part in supporting key initiatives within the team and ensuring smooth coordination across projects in the online trading industry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Strong IT/technology delivery experience
- Experience in FinTech or Financial Services
- Excellent command of the English language
- PRINCE2 or PMI PMP certification
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies
- Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with MS Project
