Job Description
Thunes is seeking a Software Engineering Lead for its Treasury Systems and core services, reporting to the Chief Architect. This role involves building and optimizing the platform to provide real-time payments solutions in over 130 countries, leveraging a startup mindset and a technology stack like PostgreSQL, Python, Golang, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be a technically excellent engineer with a passion for impact and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Holding a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Proficient in Python
- Proficient in one of the following programming/scripting languages: Golang (desire to learn), Perl (nice to have)
- Experience in designing, integrating and implementing web services and REST/JSON APIs
- Good English communication skills
