Job Description
Join Thresholds as a SOAR Specialist with the Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program (CCMTP) to help people access critical disability benefits and transition to living independently in the community. As a team member, you will work with clients to gather supporting information, complete applications, and access resources, including housing, community services, and healthcare. The role offers opportunities for training and professional development, including clinical supervision and SOAR training.
Requirements
- Passion for mental health advocacy
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to a car
- Willingness to provide transportation to clients
