Job Description
We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to provide mental health support to clients in their homes and communities on Chicago's South Side. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, and be able to adapt to a dynamic schedule.
Requirements
- Effective communication and relationship-building
- Good writing skills
- Strong time management and organization
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Daily access to own car
- Willingness to provide transportation to clients
