Job Description
Community Support Specialist, Residential job description: We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to work one-on-one and in groups with clients experiencing mental health challenges, assisting them in developing independent living skills and documenting their progress.
Requirements
- Passion for mental health advocacy
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Compassion and respect while working in someone’s home
- Good writing skills and attention to detail
- On-Call for multiple sites
- Must have a car to transport members and grocery shop
