Job Description
Threat Tec, LLC is seeking a Korean Associate Language Instructor to join their growing company in Okinawa, Japan. The position focuses on supporting the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) 1st SFC(A) in foreign language and cultural instruction, utilizing language-based methodologies and modern technology. The role involves developing lesson plans, grading assignments, and collaborating with Site Leads and Language Instructional Developers.
Requirements
- At least ILR level 2 as measured by DoD test
- A score of 553 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) PBT, or TOEFL iBT score
- A score of no less than 82 on the English Comprehension Level (ECL) test
- At least a proficiency level 2 or Advanced-Low (ACTFL) on an OPI
- Minimum of 80 hours documented training in online language teaching
