Job Description
THOR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support the US Navy Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (SHAREM) and Mine Warfare Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (MIREM) at Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center in San Diego, CA. This is a prospective contract position with the projected award/work start in late 2025, contingent on THOR being awarded this contract. The role involves managing contractor efforts related to these projects and ensuring they meet specifications and requirements.
Requirements
- Manage all contractor SHAREM efforts
- Provide organizational and administrative control
- Direct and track status of ShareM efforts
- Conduct final editorial review of deliverables
- Provide regular financial and status reports
- Direct contractor effort to plan/observe/reconstruct/analyze exercises
