Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our CoCounsel AI Assistant team. As a lead full stack software engineer, you will be responsible for building user-facing features and platform capabilities to enable partners from around the company to reach our customers. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of agentic UIs and work collaboratively with colleagues up and down the technical stack.
Requirements
- At least five years professional software development experience
- Formal computer science education is a plus but is not required
- Experience in technical leadership such as mentoring other engineers
- Deep expertise in front-end technologies and architectures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
