Job Description
Thompson Thrift is seeking a detail-oriented Preconstruction Project Engineer to join their team and contribute to multifamily construction projects. The role involves budgeting, estimating, design coordination, and bidding processes, and focuses on supporting projects from schematic to construction. Thompson Thrift is committed to a positive impact on communities through innovative projects and exceptional service.
Requirements
- Assist in preparing bids, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Partner with Preconstruction Managers, civil engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Support the transition from preconstruction to construction.
- Apply diverse knowledge of construction processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
