ThinkWell Institute is seeking a consultant to lead a health financing landscaping report for Djibouti, supporting National Level planning efforts. The role involves stakeholder engagement, document review, report drafting, and providing technical assistance to government and private sector stakeholders. This is a part-time consultancy with English fluency preferred and a preference for candidates based in Djibouti.
